"As a storytelling coach, Jason has developed his own curriculum that serves as a road map in guiding his performers' stories from brain to page to stage. Jason's approach is both neatly structured and allows for almost limitless freedom. His coaching style is incredibly personal, and one feels as if they leave every session with not only a deeper understanding of their story but a deepened friendship, as well."
Courtenay Cholovich, Cast Iron Storyteller
Here's How The Workshops Work
It's great to meet you! I'm Jason, and I've put decades of professional writing, acting, and storytelling experience into my Cast Iron Storytelling method.
I was 16 when I got my first paid acting gig, 17 when I got my first paid writing gig. Despite acting in 50+ stage productions, I was always shy around people until I became a guide for Chattanooga Ghost Tours, Inc. Telling people stories face-to-face on the streets of Chattanooga every night has literally opened my eyes to the power of storytelling up close.
And now, I've developed an engaging curriculum for adults and teens!
I personally lead each group and 1:1 coaching session to help you tap into your memories and shape how you'll share them. We'll have a lot of interaction and fun as I help you dig into the details that grab people's attention.
Bring storytelling into your life to make meaningful connections that last. In-depth mentorship from the guy with decades of experience in writing, acting, and storytelling…and walking backwards in cowboy boots without skipping a single detail.

Kim Mardis, co-owner of Love Eros, shares her Cast Iron Storytelling experience.
